We bend pipes on seven automatic tube bending machines from German premium manufacturer Schwarze-Robitec. Thanks to a wide variety of configurations and the large number of machines, we can react quickly and efficiently to your needs and also realize large quantities in the shortest possible time spans. The CNC-controlled mandrel bending machines are partly equipped with multi-radius and feed devices and shape (stainless) steel, copper, cunife and aluminum pipes with a diameter of 8 to 168.3 mm, a wall thickness of up to 10 mm and radii from 1 x d. Pipe lift lengths of up to 4,000 mm enable the production of overlong components as well as different production processes in order to produce efficiently and in a resource-saving manner.
