We were looking for a bending partner for the prototyping phase of a new HV busbar for the Model Y and Model 3. After we purchased a tube bending machine from Schwarze-Robitec for series production, they referred us to RESPONDECK.

From day one, the team there worked with us in a cooperative and professional manner. The bending result, response time and quality of the busbars were without any complaints. RESPONDECK was also able to implement changes to the product at short notice, enabling us to keep to the tight prototyping schedule.

On the recommendation of thyssenkrupp, RESPONDECK supported us in prototyping a chassis part for the new Ineos Grenadier.

Despite the difficult situation on the procurement market and complex challenges with regard to the component geometry, RESPONDECK did everything they could to meet our tight schedule. Communication was proactive and open—even when problems arose—which, in addition to the good bending result, was what we liked most.

We needed help quickly to bridge a production standstill and came to RESPONDECK on the recommendation of Benteler Germany.

The team there was successfully audited by us in a very short time and started production of a critical component for the BMW X3/F25. Apart from the very good bending quality, I would particularly like to emphasize the flexibility and speed with which RESPONDECK supported us.
