With a wide range of internal and external quality assurance measures, we guarantee first-class results: Our processes have been successfully certified according to ISO 9001 for over a decade, and our environmental management system has been in accordance with ISO 14001 since 2021. This allows you to rely on the fact that process-oriented work according to economic and ecological standards is practiced at RESPONDECK as well as, for example, initial sampling according to PPF/VDA Volume 2 or PPAP/AIAG.
In order to meet the highest demands in terms of quality, we use a wide variety of tactile and optical measuring systems: from a Keyence IM-6125 for small parts measurement to the camera-based Aicon TubeInspect P8 for bent parts to the Faro Quantum S tactile measuring arm for measuring complex geometries, turned, milled or welded parts and assemblies. If desired, we also use conventional gauging—depending on your requirements and budget.
Our production processes are documented for tracking and continuously monitored. Final inspection before delivery is part of our standard process. Due to the close checks and the documentation of the work
steps, any problem areas can be directly detected and rectified.
