In addition to the possibility of providing the pipe ends with a thread after shaping on our lathes, or notching, chamfering or machining them more complexly on our modern 5-axis milling machines, we also offer many further machining steps for non-cutting final forming. For this purpose, we rely on machines from manufacturer Wecotech: We use a Tubimatic IO-US 160 Electra for IO forming, expanding and reducing, beading, flanging and calibrating pipes up to a diameter of 168.3 mm. Our Tubex is used for smaller batch sizes. And our Tubimatic C80 DUE is compatible with standard C tools to expand, reduce and straighten pipes up to a diameter of 80 mm.
